THE FOUNDING OF THE CLEAN POUR COLLECTIVE
The Clean Pour Collective was founded by Jay Weber, a hospitality professional with years of experience in fine dining and wine service. While training to become a sommelier, Jay developed a deep respect for the art of pairing flavors, the balance of a well-composed drink, and the ritual of a shared pour. After choosing to live alcohol-free, he found himself missing the depth, intention, and creativity that came with great cocktails and juices and seltzers just didn’t measure up.
Jay created The Clean Pour Collective to fill that gap: offering alcohol-free beverages that are refined, botanical, and occasion-worthy. Whether it’s for a wedding toast, a baby shower, or a mindfulness event, our drinks are crafted with the same precision and palate-driven creativity Jay honed behind the bar. No alcohol. No hangover.
